Calling all existing Business Telephone system users

Progressive Communications has prided itself on offering customers value for money from the day of its inception. Whilst we cannot maintain your system for free we do make every effort to offer you a fair deal.

People often stay with their current system maintainer regardless of the level of service offered. As a result it is possible to literally waste valuable resources when a little research would prove that money could be saved and levels of service improved.

We have seen cases where a system has been leased from a finance house and customers have then discovered that they not only paid over the odds for the actual equipment but also found they did not even own it outright at the end of the lease agreement. In other instances companies have been charged hugely inflated rates for moving a system from one place to another….

What next? How do you move forward?

Progressive Communications can carry out a free survey of your existing equipment and provide you with an alternative quote for maintenance. Once we have carried out a full maintenance acceptance test we can look after and maintain your system as if it were our own. Once a Maintenance Agreement is signed you will be covered against failure of any defective components, as well as the cost of replacing these.
